Burrata (coming soon)
One afternoon, while sitting outside, I watched a little girl — chubby and round like a soft ball of dough — trying her best to kiss her father’s cheek.
Her mouth was covered in chocolate and ice cream, and her father kept dodging with laughter.
But she didn’t give up. She chased him with her tiny steps and finally planted that messy, sticky kiss on his face, then smiled proudly as if she’d just conquered the world.
Every time I think of that moment, I can’t help but smile.
Burrata was born from that memory — a small tribute to the pure, determined love of a child.
