REPLACEMENTS
We offer a 1-month replacement policy. only If your doll or item arrives broken or is damaged due to our fault within the first 1 months of its arrival, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. After the 1-month period, you will be responsible for the cost of new parts and shipping.
