- Total payments, deposits, or partial payments for products purchased through layaway are not refundable. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

REPLACEMENTS
We offer a one-month replacement policy. If your doll or item arrives broken or damaged due to our fault within the first month of its arrival, we will provide a replacement part free of charge. After one month, you will be responsible for the new parts and shipping costs.Products won’t be delivered until full payment or all individual instalments from a layaway plan have been completed.
The estimated time for production and delivery of products offered as pre-orders will be detailed in the description. Unless specified otherwise, it is generally around four months after purchase.

To keep shipping costs as low as possible, I must ship many parcels at once or select a date. The online tracking will be updated after you receive an email from DHL.
